Adds missing newline so that the table renders properly in MkDocs
vscode and mkdocs disagree on anchor here, we need to follow mkdocs version here

Fixes the broken header links in Wiki section that were either broken in the transfer due to the way MkDocs and GitBook handle anchor links differently or cause they were already broken before in the wiki before the transfer and no one ever noticed.
